Zoom Integration Guide
Last updated: September 2026
What this does
bizvoid’s calendar lets you share a booking link that clients use to schedule time with you. Connecting Zoom means every appointment booked through that link gets its own real, unique Zoom meeting, created automatically, with the join link shown to your client. No more pasting the same static meeting link into every booking.
Adding the app
- Log in to bizvoid and open Pipeline in the left sidebar.
- Switch to the Calendar tab, then click Share.
- Scroll to Meeting details, under “Where it happens,” select Zoom.
- Click Connect Zoom. You’ll be sent to Zoom to sign in and approve access.
- After you approve, you’re redirected back to bizvoid and the panel now shows Connected.
Using it
Once connected and Zoom is selected as your meeting location, nothing else is required. Each time a client books through your shared link, bizvoid creates a real Zoom meeting for that specific appointment and shows the join link to both of you on the confirmation.
If a client reschedules, bizvoid updates that same Zoom meeting’s time rather than creating a new one. If an appointment is cancelled, bizvoid deletes the Zoom meeting. If Zoom is ever briefly unreachable, your booking still goes through as normal. It just won’t have a Zoom link attached for that one appointment.
Meetings are created under your own Zoom account, so they follow whatever plan limits your Zoom account has (for example, a 40 minute cap on Zoom’s free plan).
Removing the app
Go back to Pipeline → Calendar → Share → Meeting details and click Disconnect next to your connected Zoom account. This stops bizvoid from creating new Zoom meetings for future bookings. Meetings already created for existing appointments are not affected or deleted.
You can also revoke bizvoid’s access directly from your Zoom account, under App Marketplace → Manage → Added Apps, at any time. This has the same effect: bizvoid stops being able to create or manage meetings on your behalf.
